Connection

There are people who don't respect the environment and there are people who do. The ones who don't have no connection to it. They just see a lifeless object. I think of farmers who grow what once was a food, like corn, but now is a conglomary of chemicals yet, is still being labeled 'corn.' Those people who do respect the environment 'see' it from the heart and feel sorrow or joy with it.
