What kind of redneck car did you loan me?! The spare tire is on top of the engine where the oil filter is supposed to be! The cap for the oil says Mexico and the cap for the antifreeze is written in Japanese. Oh, and your key says Nissan.

Montana Car
One day my mom's car wasn't running, so she borrowed her sister's Subaru. Later that same day my mom called up her sister about the Subaru,

Source of Creativity
The creative fullness, depth
of the creativity comes from the ocean. Water is strong, moving as one and
the deeper down the water begins to move, the stronger it is. If only
the surface moves it is weak, small waves. But, if the water surges from
the bottom like a Tsunami, it is unstoppable power. And the ocean is
all there is. The water doesn’t need to look outside itself--it is
itself the source of life.

Poem-Nature Is Endless
Ocean, full of love.
Deep, no bottom
As the sky above.
Bird song, flowers bloom,
Grass, animals
Wind carries their tune.
In stars, planets, too
Flows, everything
Endless and true.
Deep, no bottom
As the sky above.
Bird song, flowers bloom,
Grass, animals
Wind carries their tune.
In stars, planets, too
Flows, everything
Endless and true.

Soi Dog is working with groups in the Bangkok area to rescue these animals. These groups are not large animal welfare agencies but rather smaller groups working around the clock to save the dogs and cats before it is to late. Time is running out and they need your help. Stream Flows
A stream flows with knowledge. It is clear and pure, as people's lives
should be. The stream is cradled in the Earth for it is through
knowledge of the Earth one can live. A stream nourishes everyone,
people, plants, animals and always flows, just as people's lives should
be.

The Geese's Argument
One day the geese had a big argument because each one wanted to go to a different place. Some to the North, some to the South, some East, some West. The argument lasted all night. The moon, not yet half full rose in the East and set in the West followed by the stars. Then, the Sun began to peak over the horizon and one of the geese saw this and spoke out. "Just as the Moon follows the Sun and the Stars follow the Moon and the Sun follows the Stars each day, so should we do with deciding who is to lead and who is to follow. Each one of us will take turns leading. When they become tired they can fall back and another can lead." All the geese were overjoyed with the idea. So, they continue to do this today.
River's Strength
2 separate rivers that intersect creating one river, shows how 2 opposing sides can unite to become stronger.

Sammy-A Poem
Black and white
It’s decreed As a breed. Check his site. Tuxedo With green eyes Just two lives Now to go. He is old. Gets in fights. Boundary rights Don’t get sold! Keeps his pride All the time On the line What a ride. Annoyed by Other cats Gives them whacks. They are spry Hit him back. Pick a fight. It’s their right To attack. We break it Up at once. Make distance. Keep them split. Likes all the Dogs he’s had. They weren’t bad You can see. Dogfather. Friend throughout. Big long snout. All forever. |
Connection
There are people who don't respect the environment and there are people who do. The ones who don't have no connection to it. They just see a lifeless object. I think of farmers who grow what once was a food, like corn, but now is a conglomary of chemicals yet, is still being labeled 'corn.'
Those people who do respect the environment 'see' it from the heart and feel sorrow or joy with it. |

World Imbalance
Balance is an important aspect in Nature. Where there is balance life flourishes. Where there is imbalance there is suffering. This is what is seen alot of in the world today.
Extreme environmental changes have become the norm. How does this happen and why do these things continue? PEOPLE. It is people themselves who have the ability to change the balance of things. How? When ones' mind, heart and physiology are cloudy/imbalanced, decisions will be also, causing all the problems seen in the world today. However, when ones' mind, heart and physiology are clear/balanced, they act from the level of pure balance. They themselves become a reflection of Nature-that purity that is all nourishing and self-sustaining-creating/restoring balance to the world. |

Feed Me!
A poem about my mom's mornings with Sam.
Black and white
with
yellow eyes.
Strong soft purr
with
matching fur.
On your bed
sits
by your head.
"Feed me now!"
comes
a "MEOW!"
Try to snooze
you
always lose.
"MEOW!" again
you
can't pretend
He's not there.
That's
not fair.
